- Paul is a degree-qualified Project Manager, with an MSc. from Lancaster University, and a long-term member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Paul has broad-based Project & Programme Management expertise across a diversity of Engineering disciplines and industries and as the Company Principal, operates from our Melbourne-base.
He is also a Registered Building Practitioner; holding an Unlimited Class Demolition License. - Andy is a degree-qualified Engineer, with an Honours Degree (B.Eng) in Mining Engineering, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Operational and Commercial experience from developing and managing business in Russia, Europe, North and South America, Africa and Australasia resulted in achieving the Qld State and Prime Ministers awards for International Business Excellence.
He has broad international Project Management and Engineering Consulting experience, having been employed by Bluechip companies in Mining, Energy & Oil & Gas and Industrial Software.
Andy is also a Six Sigma Black Belt for continuous business improvement and has implemented LPS and other industry standard Safety and management systems.
Demecon also operates a network of talented Consultants whom they engage on the many varied types of commissions undertaken.
